This section is intended to make clear Tradusul's privacy policy in the simplest and most transparent way possible. Below we describe how information is collected, stored and protected, and what measures are taken to ensure your privacy is protected.
Tradusul - Serviços Linguísticos, Unipessoal Lda is the only entity responsible for the collection and processing of the personal data of its clients.
In order for us to offer a personalized service, we need to store some of your data. However, these are limited to the name, email and / or telephone contact. Data such as identification numbers, personal documents, membership and addresses are only collected and stored with your express consent, and only after you hire Tradusul’s services. What is meant by personal data:
- Name, address and contact
- Telephone numbers
- Billing information
- Billing information
The data is collected in the following ways:
- By filling out a contact form in our facilities.
- By filling out the contact form on our website.
- By filling out the quote form on our website.
- By email, when you send us your personal information.
In addition to ensuring complete confidentiality of all documentation for your project, the information and data transmitted to Tradusul is strictly confidential and will never be provided to a third party, and are protected under the General Data Protection Regulation, which entered into force on 25 May 2018.
All documents, personal data, and work performed are stored in 1) individual folders in electronic format and 2) physical files in our facilities. These data and documents are stored for a limited period of time, with your written consent. Your personal data will be deleted up to 90 days after the last contact if you have not accepted the project and for a period of 12 months days after project completion and delivery. If you wish, we can store all your information indefinitely (requires written consent).
All documents you submit, copies or photographs thereof are stored while the project is active. After the completion of the project all documents are archived. Subsequently, all copies of documents are deleted up to 12 months after the date of delivery of the work. If the client never accepts the quote and does not want the project, all documentation is eliminated up to 90 days after the date of the quote or last contact.
Your data will never be used for marketing purposes (such as newsletters, promotional campaigns, offers and any other commercial communications) without your written consent.
The protection, security and privacy of your personal data is very important for us. Therefore, if you wish, you may at any time exercise the right to access, change, update and delete your data, according to the provisions of the personal data protection law.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 25 May 2018. Created to make the privacy laws of EU citizens clearer, the regulation lays down rules on on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. You can refer to the RGPD for more information.
